22 Varieties to Choose From

Classic English Pale Ale: A Classic style that will produce slight caramel flavors and golden to deep amber color with a crisp hop finish. American Amber: This American version of an Amber Ale is rich in taste balanced by an excellent blend of Williamette hops for a great aftertaste and mouthfeel.

Continental Pilsner: This beer can be enjoyed anytime to quench your thirst. A light beer with the famous hop character from the Saaz Czech hop.

American Cream Ale: A light-bodied beer with plenty of hop character produced by the Hallertau hop. Very easy to drink.
American Micro Style Pale Ale: This recipe is designed after the most popular micro pale ales. Good body, golden color and plenty of hops. India Pale Ale: Big, bold and beautiful. Plenty of Crystal and Victory malt flavors, topped with tons of hops.
Irish Stout: An Irish style dark ale with full body and flavor and a creamy head of foam from the added Maltodextrin. Dark malts and grains provide for a huge taste. German Oktoberfest: Golden color with a nice blend of Light malt and Crystal grains, medium-bodied, finishing with the Hallertau hop flavor.
Robust Porter: A dark ale combining Crystal and Chocolate malts for a great tasting brew full of flavor and body. American Light: A light ale with a super smooth flavor. This beer goes down easy, perfect on a hot summer day.
Amber Cerveza Style: This recipe combines Light and Amber malts along with Rice Syrup for a full-bodied brew with a smooth hop finish. English Brown Ale: Packed with flavor, this medium-bodied brew has a malty character surrounded by a nutty aroma with Crystal malts providing a good balance.
German Altbier Style: A favorite from Germany, an amber colored brew has a nice malty character, lightly hopped for true German beer flavor. Weizenbier: Wheat malt and Hallertau hops make this recipe a summertime delight that is very easy to drink. Light body with a smooth aftertaste.
Steam Style Beer: A steam style beer uses Light malt extract with light Crystal grains combined with Northern Brewer hops to complete the recipe. Light color and medium body. Traditional European Bock: Dark in color, medium-bodied and full of taste. This beer is a favorite in the springtime.
Red Ale: A medium-bodied brew with a red hue. This recipe is as smooth as it gets. Nice balance of Crystal malts and a touch of dark grain. Scotch Ale: Full-bodied with a blend of Crystal and Chocolate malt finishing with the full flavor of Fuggle hops. Great mouthfeel and full flavor.

The Following Bold Series all-malt ingredient kits are big intaste and bold in flavor, not for the weak of heart!

California Style Imperial Pale: This copper colored brew begins with an intensely rich malt flavor followed by an explosion of hop aroma and bitterness. A true celebration for your taste buds. Russian Imperial Stout: This full-bodied dark brew has an intense roast flavor with a huge malt influence. The slight hop bitterness is offset by a touch of sweetness from the Crystal grains. Go big or go home.
Dortmunder: This American style Dortmunder is dark gold colored with a mild caramel influence from the Crystal malt. The hops drive the taste and help give this brew a nice balance with big body and great mouthfeel. Don't tell your friends when you have this on tap! American Nut Brown Ale: Balanced with big body and plenty of hop character, this American style Brown Ale has a deep amber to brown color. The slight caramel and chocolate flavors are followed by a nutty aftertaste.
